Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you've decided to delete your account, please follow the instructions below. Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Important Information

Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, ride history, settings, and unused credits. This data cannot be recovered. If you have an outstanding balance or an active ride, you must resolve these issues before you can delete your account.

For Riders

  1. 1Open the GPruns Rider app
  2. 2Navigate to the 'Profile' section
  3. 3Tap on 'Profile info'
  4. 4Scroll to the bottom and tap 'Delete Account'
  5. 5Tap 'Confirm & delete account' to permanently delete your account

For Drivers

  1. 1Open the GPruns Driver app
  2. 2Navigate to the 'Profile' section
  3. 3Tap on 'Profile info'
  4. 4Scroll to the bottom and tap 'Delete Account'
  5. 5Tap 'Confirm & delete account' to permanently delete your account
